Purpose:
The purpose of this knowledge base article is to provide the steps on how to open another mailbox in outlook 0365.
How to Fix:
- Once you are signed into outlook o365, click on the icon with your initials on the upper right corner.
- Next, click on the option that says open another mailbox.
- You will then be prompted to enter the name of the other mailbox you need to access. As you are typing in the name, select the mailbox name from the drop-down list.
- Next, select open and the other mailbox will display.
