UHD Password Reset

Steps to retrieve a new password and/or update your current password.

Retrieve New Password using Self Service Reset Tool

If you forgot your password, you can retrieve a new one using our Self Service Reset Tool.

1. Go to AccessUHD and select Forgot My Password.

2. Enter your username and select Submit.

3. Enter either your mobile number or personal email on file, then select Submit.

4. Choose your preferred method to receive the password, then select Send New Password.

5. A temporary password and a link to AccessUHD will be sent to you, where you can update it to a new password of your choice.

 

Update Current Password through AccessUHD

1. Go to AccessUHD.
2. Log in by entering your username (ex. gatore1 or gatore) and select Login/Update Password.

3. Enter your password and select Sign In.

4. Complete the Duo authentication process.

5. At the top of the page, click the drop-down arrow next to your name (the person icon), then select Change Password.

6. Enter the required information and click Save to update your password.

7. Once completed, you will see a Password successfully changed message.

Q: How long do I have to wait after resetting my password?

A: Please allow about 5 minutes for the password to fully synchronize after it has been reset.

 

Q: How often do I have to reset my password?

A: You will need to reset your password every 180 days. You will receive an email notification when your password is approaching its expiration date.
