Purpose:
Steps to retrieve a new password and/or update your current password.
How to:
Retrieve New Password using Self Service Reset Tool
If you forgot your password, you can retrieve a new one using our Self Service Reset Tool.
- Go to AccessUHD and select Forgot My Password.

- Enter your username and select Submit.

- Enter either your mobile number or personal email on file, then select Submit.

- Choose your preferred method to receive the password, then select Send New Password.


- A temporary password and a link to AccessUHD will be sent to you, where you can update it to a new password of your choice.

Update Current Password through AccessUHD
- Go to AccessUHD.
- Log in by entering your username (ex. gatore1 or gatore) and select Login/Update Password.

- Enter your password and select Sign In.

- Complete the Duo authentication process.

- At the top of the page, click the drop-down arrow next to your name (the person icon), then select Change Password.

- Enter the required information and click Save to update your password.

- Once completed, you will see a Password successfully changed message.

Q: How long do I have to wait after resetting my password?
A: Please allow about 5 minutes for the password to fully synchronize after it has been reset.
Q: How often do I have to reset my password?
A: You will need to reset your password every 180 days. You will receive an email notification when your password is approaching its expiration date.
