Purpose:
The purpose of this knowledge base article is to provide the steps on how enable duplex printing on a printer that has duplex printing capabilities.
How to:
1. Go to the search field of your task bar and type Control Panel.
2. Click Control Panel from the list of results.
3. Under All Control Panel Items, locate and then click Devices and Printers.
4. Under Printers, locate the printer that needs to have the duplex print feature enabled.
5. Once you have located the printer, right click, and select Printer properties from the drop-down menu.
6. Click the Device Settings tab from the printer Properties.
7. Scroll down to the Installable Options section and change the Duplex Unit (for 2-Sided Printing) option from Not Installed to Installed.
8. Click Apply and then click OK.
