UHD Sponsors may use this form to request a vendor account for access to University of Houston-Downtown servers or systems. This form must be filled out by the UHD Sponsor. Filling out an ePOI Application Form and obtaining a PeopleSoft ID is a pre-requisite for getting a vendor account.
