The Developer tab in Microsoft Word must be manually enabled through Word Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac) and provides access to advanced features such as macros, form controls, and VBA tools. Once enabled, it appears in the ribbon and allows users to create and manage automated or interactive document elements.
