RemotePC Access Request

Summarizes how to access the form for RemotePC Access, and expounds on what the form does not provide (Virtual Lab Resources)

 

The purpose of this Knowledge Base article is to review how a user can request RemotePC Access. 

 

RemotePC Access is a service that allows students to remote to a PC setup hosted at the UHD campus.

1. Course Instructors can request this service by submitting a RemotePC Access Request form here: https://www.uhd.edu/computing/itforms/remotepc-access-request.aspx

2. The submitted request generates into a TDX Service Ticket.

3. Please note: This service is not for student access to Microsoft Access, Project or Visio.

    The form will not progress if that reason is selected.

 

 

Students should use https://www.uhd.edu/computing/uss/virtual-lab.aspx to access Microsoft Access, Project or Visio via the Virtual Lab in Apporto.
