Q: What if I no longer have access to my old phone?
A: You can still reactivate Duo using text message passcodes. Since your phone number stayed the same, the passcodes will be delivered to your new device, so your old phone is no longer needed.
Q: I’m not receiving the text message passcode on my new phone. What should I do?
A: Make sure your phone has cellular service and can receive SMS messages. Toggle Airplane Mode on and off or restart your phone to refresh network connections. If the issue persists, please contact the IT Service Desk directly at 713-221-8031 for further assistance.
