Purpose:
Steps taken to enable “Save as” option in Microsoft Office.
How to Fix:
- this works in all applications in Microsoft Office. When attempting to a save a file in Microsoft Office, you will now see the “Save a Copy” option instead of the “Save as” option under the file menu. This option can be changed back to “Save as” option.

- go back to the main page of the document.

- On the top left corner, you will see the “AutoSave” option

- simply turn this option off …

- Now you will see the “Save as” option under the File menu…
