Purpose:
The purpose is to DEMONSTRATE HOW TO Schedule an email to be sent out in outlook (web version)
COMMON REASON: The most common reason this method can be used, is if the user is unable to send out scheduled emails through the Outlook desktop client. The emails may be stuck in the outbox and require additional troubleshooting.This method provides a quick alternative if the user needs to quickly prepare a scheduled/delayed email.
How to Fix:
STEP 1: Sign into the Microsoft 365 Portal: https://www.uhd.edu/computing/Pages/USS/computing-o365.aspx
STEP 2: Select Outlook on the left hand-side.

STEP 3: Select “New Email”

STEP 4: Select the downward facing arrow and select “Schedule send”

STEP 5: Select the desired time/date within the “Custom time” option.
