How to delete your Read AI account

Purpose:

The steps to delete your Read.ai account through your account settings on the Read.ai website.

How to Fix:
  • Sign in to your Read.ai account on the website (read.ai).
    • Note: If you used Single Sign-On (like Google, Microsoft, or Zoom) to create the account, you must use the same method to sign in.

  • Go to your Account Settings.

  • In the left-hand menu, click on the Advanced tab.

  • Look for and click the red "Delete my account" button.

  • On the pop-up screen, confirm that you want to delete your account by clicking "Yes, delete my account".
