Purpose:
User is reporting that the Keyboard and/or mouse not working on a docking station after connecting the laptop.
How to Fix:
- Have the user unplug the keyboard and/or mouse from the docking station and then re-connect it.
(The connection for the keyboard and mouse should be on the same side of the docking station)
