Purpose:
The purpose of this knowledge base article is to provide the steps on how to hide contact photos from email headers in the Outlook client.
How to Fix:
- Launch Outlook.
- Select File.
- Select Options.
- Under Outlook Options, select People.
- Under Online status and photographs uncheck the option for Show user photographs when available (requires restarting Outlook).
- Select Ok.
- Select File.
- Select Exit.
- Relaunch Outlook for change to process.
