FAMIS & Vendor Accounts

Purpose:

FAMIS is the ticketing system used by UHD Facilities Management.  UHD staff accounts are added by FM staff so they can access their workorders.  Vendor accounts need to be added slightly different due to not having access to SSO.

How to Fix:

Step 1:  A local account needs to be added to the FAMIS system with SSO turned off.

STEP 2:  Guide vendor to this weblink to sign into FAMIS:  https://secure.360stage.net/uhd/360LoginScreen.asp?ReturnUrl=%2fuhd%2f

STEP 3:  Have the vendor sign in with the credentials provided by the FAMIS administrators.

 

USEFUL INFORMATION:  Olufunke Oyesanya Jacob (Funke) is the primary admin for FAMIS.  Tuyet Huynh (Snow) is the secondary admin.
