How to access UHD Guest Sponsored Wi-Fi Portal

This is to walk a user through the process of how to access the sponsor guest portal to gain access to University of Houston Downtown Wi-Fi.

Go to UHD Guest Sponsor Portal https://uhdwifi.uhd.edu

Note: Working from off campus? Please log into VPN to access the portal.

• Log in with your UHD credentials.

1. Guest information

• Enter in the following fields:

• First Name: (included in the username of the guest account)
• Last Name: (included in the username of the guest account)

• Email address:
• Event Name:

Access Information

• Are you creating an account for on-the-spot access?

• End of business day (Access will end at 11:59pm of the current day)

• Are you creating an event in advance or have an event that is longer than one day?

• Enter in the number of days account is needed (maximum of 5 days)

*Account will be available from 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM (7 days a week)

• Select Create

Print or email account information

• Select Notify
• To Print

• Click the Print option.

• To Email

• Select Copy me
• Enter in the email address.
• Select Ok

Manage accounts.

• To view created accounts, select the Manage Accounts tab.
